Limited Warranty

ArtechShield provides a 1-month limited warranty on all screen protectors from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Bubble formation after proper installation (within 1 month)
• Glass breakage occurring during proper installation

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or user error
• Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse after installation
• Normal wear and tear, scratches from use
• Damage to the device screen itself
• Products that have been modified or altered
• Compatibility issues due to incorrect model selection
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Product Use and Installation

For best results and to maintain warranty coverage:

• Follow the installation instructions provided with the product
• Clean your device screen thoroughly before installation
• Install the screen protector in a dust-free environment
• Ensure you have selected the correct model for your device

ArtechShield is not responsible for damage to your device resulting from improper installation or use of our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtechShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our products
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our website by any third party

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
