Warranty Overview

ArtechShield stands behind the quality of our tempered glass screen protectors. We offer a 1-month limited warranty from the date of purchase on all our products. This warranty ensures that you receive a high-quality, defect-free product that performs as intended.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers the following defects and issues:

1. Manufacturing Defects

Any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or quality of the screen protector, including:

  • Pre-existing cracks or chips in the glass
  • Adhesive quality issues
  • Coating defects (oleophobic coating, privacy filter)
  • Dimensional inaccuracies preventing proper fit

2. Shipping Damage

Products that arrive damaged due to shipping or handling during transit, including:

  • Broken or cracked glass upon arrival
  • Damaged packaging resulting in product defects
  • Missing installation accessories

3. Post-Installation Issues (Within 1 Month)

Issues that occur after proper installation, including:

  • Persistent bubble formation that cannot be removed despite proper installation
  • Spontaneous cracking or breaking not caused by impact
  • Adhesive failure causing the protector to lift or detach
  • Coating degradation under normal use

4. Installation-Related Breakage

Glass breakage that occurs during the installation process when following the provided instructions correctly.

What Is NOT Covered

To ensure fair warranty coverage, the following are explicitly excluded from our warranty:

User Error and Misuse

  • Damage caused by improper or careless installation
  • Installation in unsuitable conditions (dusty environment, wet screen)
  • Failure to follow the installation guide provided
  • Reapplication or repositioning attempts causing damage
  • Use of incompatible cleaning products or tools

Physical Damage After Installation

  • Cracks or breaks from drops, impacts, or pressure
  • Scratches from keys, coins, or sharp objects
  • Damage from accidents or external forces
  • Damage caused by case incompatibility or pressure

Normal Wear and Tear

  • Minor scratches from regular use
  • Gradual coating wear over time
  • Edge chipping from normal handling
  • Yellowing or discoloration from extended use

Device-Related Issues

  • Damage to the device screen itself
  • Device functionality issues (touchscreen, sensors, cameras)
  • Compatibility issues due to incorrect model selection by customer
  • Problems arising from device modifications or repairs

Other Exclusions

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Issues arising after the 1-month warranty period
  • Damage from extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
  • Loss or theft of the product

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your screen protector qualifies for warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Product name and model
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Photos of the product packaging (if claiming shipping damage)

Our support team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage based on our policy.

Resolution

If approved, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund according to your preference and product availability.

Warranty Claim Processing Time

  • Initial Response: Within 2-3 business days
  • Claim Review: 3-5 business days from receipt of complete information
  • Replacement Shipping: 5-7 business days after claim approval

Important Notes

⚠️ Proof of Purchase Required: You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) to qualify for warranty coverage.

⚠️ One-Time Replacement: This warranty provides a one-time replacement per original purchase. Replacement products are not covered by a new warranty period.

⚠️ Product Return: We may require you to return the defective product before sending a replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by ArtechShield for valid warranty claims.

⚠️ No Device Damage Coverage: This warranty covers only the screen protector itself. We are not liable for any damage to your device resulting from product defects or installation.

Installation Tips to Maintain Warranty

To ensure your warranty remains valid and for the best installation results:

  • • Install in a clean, dust-free environment
  • • Clean your screen thoroughly before application
  • • Follow the installation guide step-by-step
  • • Use the included cleaning wipes and stickers
  • • Allow bubbles to settle for 24 hours

✗ Don't

  • • Rush the installation process
  • • Install with wet or dirty hands
  • • Apply excessive pressure during installation
  • • Repeatedly remove and reapply
  • • Use harsh chemicals to clean

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ArtechShield's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product or refund of the purchase price at our discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ArtechShield BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
